Tom Mansfield

Tom Mansfield’s vision is a healed planet generating abundant living for all.

His main areas of focus are Climate, Technology and Organisational Development, all of which are wrapped in the frame of ‘Planetary Health’. His consultancy Pale Blue designs and runs learning and development programmes as a facilitator, coach and consultant.

He is currently developing climate restoration programmes bringing together the public and private sector internationally and working to facilitate positive climate futures with young climate leaders. Previously, he has worked with cultural institutions in London, UK and liminal spaces such as festivals on cultural programmes for thematically diverse public engagements.

He is currently working with frameworks for regenerative practice in business and organisational development where he is living the question ‘How do organisations participate regeneratively in life sustaining systems?’
